All finished products sold will carry a comprehensive warranty of 18month on all manufacturing defects excluding wear and tear.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours from the payment; cancellation of the order must be made via email to [email protected] no later than completion of 24 hours with details of Invoice number.
“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment” All refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Further, refunds can be made for orders that are complying to our order Cancellation Policy only.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the goods, only if the products are damaged or discrepancies to the product order. Please notify us and return the goods in its original condition with its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another new product or refund the payment.We can only accept returns of products that have not been used and remain with original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Delivery period will be purely based on the availability of stocks at the local warehouse or production period and will be clearly stated in the quotation we sent in response to the inquiry. Further all deliveries will be done through a third-party courier service and all such costs will be mentioned in our quotation separately and to be borne by the customer.
